Before launching her real estate career, Phyllis excelled in leadership roles at Southern New England Telephone (SNET) and AT&T, where she served as a Sales Manager and Major Accounts Manager. These positions honed her ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and deliver outstanding results—skills she now brings to every real estate transaction.

Educational and Community Involvement
Phyllis holds a bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Connecticut and a master’s degree from Southern Connecticut State University. A trailblazer in her community, she was the first woman President of the New Haven Graduate Club and a Board Member of the Elm City Club.

Her involvement extends to the New Haveners Club, the American Association of University Women (AAUW), and the Sons & Daughters of Italy. Phyllis has also given back as a bereavement counselor in the Archdiocese of Hartford.
