Brenda Evarts Davenport

Brenda has been a Residential Sales Associate with Pearce Real Estate since 2005 and enjoys being a part of the company's Guilford office.

Professional

Brenda is an active participant in many of the Clinton Chamber of Commerce events. She has professional experience with listing and selling homes, parcels of land, new construction and condominiums of all price ranges along the Shoreline.

Personal

Brenda has lived on the Shoreline all her life, as well as her family for generations. In 1996, she and her husband purchased a 13 acre Christmas tree farm in Clinton where they built their current home and are raising three children.

Brenda can often be seen helping out at the Joel Elementary School, and is currently a board member of the Charlotte L. Evarts Memorial Archives in Madison, where she served as Vice-President for several terms.
