Chances are you don't know me. I am just some stranger who will help you with your real estate needs. Perhaps you are one of those lucky ones and came to me by way of a referral from a friend and past client. In any case, to help reassure you about my abilities and give you the level of confidence necessary to move forward and feel comfortable working together, I thought I would give you a little background information.

I began my professional real estate career in 1997. My first year in business, I was named Rookie of the Year and have consistently been recognized as a top producer every year since. Perhaps you have heard of the 80/20 Rule, 80% of the homes are sold by 20% of the Realtors. I am very proud to be included in this elite group.

I share these facts with you to let you know that I am a full-time professional Realtor. I will give you the full attention that you need and deserve. It is the value-added knowledge and expertise that I offer to ensure you the best possible real estate experience, both financially and emotionally.

I say my professional career because my personal real estate career began at the ripe age of 23, with the purchase of our first home. Since then my husband and I have purchased and sold, built a brand new home and invested in and managed rental properties.

Prior to real estate, my professional career involved running several small businesses and managing a branch office of a local savings bank. The interpersonal and industry-related skills I developed have served me well in my real estate career. I am by nature a 'people person' and my understanding and knowledge of the mortgage and finance industries ensure that I can direct my clients to find the best financing options for their personal needs.

I sincerely hope this small glimpse into who I am will make you feel comfortable in my ability to work with you in achieving your goals.
