How to crop, scale, and optimize your portrait image.
Go to the website https://redketchup.io/image-resizer.
Upload an Image:
- Click the Browse image button.
- Navigate to where you have the image stored on your computer, select the image and click open.
Crop your Image:
- Under Aspect Ratio, click on the Free Form dropdown and choose Custom Aspect Ratio
- Change the horizontal ratio to 400 and the vertical ratio to 492
- Click and drag on the preview image to select your crop area, don't crop too closely; leave some room above and below your head with the tip of your nose positioned at the horizontal center.
Resize your Image:
- Scroll down to where it says resize image.
- Change the width dimension to 400
Optimize your Image:
- Scroll to the Save Image section
- Change the image quality to 70
- Click the Download button, this will take you to an image preview
Preview and Download:
- If you are happy with the results change the image file name to your first and last names, ex. Allie Abrams.jpg
- Click the Download button in the upper left corner
Upload your portrait image to the Agent Profile form:
- Click the Add Image button in the form below.
- Click the Select Files button.
- Navigate to where you have the cropped portrait image stored on your computer, select the image and click open.
- In the upper-right corner, add your first and last names in the Alt Text field and then click the blue Select button in the lower-right corner to upload the image.
Upload your portrait image to the Agent Profile form:
- Click the red Submit button for changes to take effect
- To remove the portrait image, hover over the image and then click the X icon.
