Eileen currently resides in Guilford however she and her family were North Haven residents since 1992 and a Spring Glen native. Eileen began her real estate career in the Relocation and Senior Services Department, where she gained invaluable experience assisting families relocating to the New Haven area and seniors transitioning to new chapters of their lives. From navigating the complexities of buying or selling second homes to guiding clients through the nuances of local markets, Eileen's client-focused approach has earned her a reputation as a reliable and compassionate professional. As a consistent Top Producer at Pearce Real Estate, she is known for her dedication, resourcefulness, and ability to deliver results. 

Community Leadership
Eileen’s community involvement is a testament to her love for her town and its residents. During her daughters’ years in North Haven Public Schools, she was a staunch advocate for local education initiatives, contributing to efforts such as the North Haven High School PTSA Road Race, Creative Learning and Parent Support (CLAPS), and Increase State Funding in Town (I$FIT). She also devoted countless hours to supporting her daughters' sports teams, including high school swim, soccer, and fencing.

Before re-entering the workforce, Eileen served on the Board of Directors at the High Lane Club, where she made a lasting impact by organizing children’s events, parent entertainment programs, and initiating beloved offerings like yoga classes and a book club.
