Sandy Stoddard

Sandy is a Residential Sales Associate in the Guilford Regional Office. He began his real estate career in 1978 and was a top producer for one of the area's largest companies. After a brief hiatus, he joined Pearce Real Estate and is thrilled to be back in harness helping buyers and sellers navigate the tricky waters of today's market.

Along with real estate, Sandy has been an active jazz pianist, playing extensively in the area with top musicians for over 50 years. He has played with Dave Brubeck, Gerry Mulligan, Clark Terry and Dizzy Gillespie, to name a few.

In the community, Sandy is on the Board of Trustees at Long Wharf Theatre, where he served as Chairman. He has been a member of numerous Boards such as the Shoreline Arts Alliance, The Great Connecticut Jazz Festival, Orchestra New England and GFFE.

Sandy is a lifelong resident of the New Haven area.  He has lived in Guilford for over 30 years and has a second home in the Thimble Islands.
