Community Involvement
Pearce Community Service
At Pearce Real Estate, we do more than help Connecticut property buyers and sellers--we are part of your community.
We take that role very seriously and participate in community activities and volunteerism throughout the Connecticut towns we serve.
A Culture of Giving Back
Founder and Philanthropist, Herb Pearce
Pearce Real Estate founder Herb Pearce was a dedicated volunteer, and his community service was legendary. We carry that commitment forward: our mission is to give back to the communities in which we live and work. We strive to put more into the community than we take out.
Pearce Day of Caring
As individuals, we commit time, energy, and resources to non-profit organizations that positively impact the well-being of our Connecticut communities. As a company, we gather together in one place every year for our Annual Day of Caring. On that day, we close our offices and combine our work efforts to provide necessary services to a local organization in need.
While entirely secondary to our goal to give back to the towns we serve, our ties to the community allow us to better connect buyers and sellers together for the right fit. Volunteering allows us to know our communities inside and out.
